been a customer here for quite a while but lately whenever I call the dumb girl on the phone immediately says please hold. i wait and wait and wait and just hang up. I call back later she says please hold. The HELL with this kind of customer "service". The only thing they're good at is ignoring customers. I can go ANYWHERE and get better service than this. NEW VET!
