I went to this storage facility and they lied about their truck usage. I wanted a refund less than 24 hours after giving them my money and they refused to give it. I made a bad review and they sent me emails and calls threatening me to change my review. I changed it to a 5 star review and they gave me my money back. Then I sat back and I shouldn't change my review. They are bullies and everyone should know. It is freedom of speech and I have the right to post. Don't believe all these 5 and 4 star posts. They threaten you and harass you if you don't review them greatly!!
Storage Master has a great location for us, and the prices are competitive. Debby was very helpful to get us set up with a unit, and having a one-day free use of a truck will be very helpful. There are some fees, but Debby was upfront about those. Also, we feel good about the security of the facility.
We have used Storage Master on a couple of different occasions and have always had a great experience. Debby was great to work with. The location was great and the use of the free truck rental was definitely an added bonus.
