Customer service at arbitration department is the worst in the Midwest. We've bought hundreds of cars from this auction for the last 7 years and condition reports and post sale inspections has become very inaccurate recently. After an arbitration claim is been filed - it takes over a week to hear back from them. Most of the time they are just saying sorry we can't help because condition reports are just buying guides or for informational use only and don't guarantee anything. When we bought a van with a clean title from Mannheim Milwaukee, sold it to a customer and after registering it with the state the title turned out to be salvage. We contacted both James and Karen on June 22nd with the issue but still haven't heard back from them. If you are buying online - stay away from this auction.
the worst people to deal with all they do is lie and never get back to you if i could go - 10 stars that"s how i feel about them, will never go there and buy and cars again because of this situation that happened caused me to loose money and effect my business... all they say is don't worry will call you back but not once did they call me back.. but when it comes to pay for the car some how they call you back
